Landed in London from Madrid at the precocious age of 18 to start a business degree. In the very early days in London got fascinated by the ever-fast-moving hospitality and drinks scene all around the City.
Started working at Hilton Wembley and then moved to Bluebird Chelsea, where I managed the bar and supported the opening in White City and NY. Then moved to manage the beverage side at the historic Paternoster Chop House.
Following my passion for top quality and innovative drinks, I took over the Chase Distillery''s portfolio, driving the brand towards being the #1 super-premium distillery in the UK, and ending up in an exalted acquisition by Diageo.
